Talormade has one goal: To make you feel good! We make everything from scratch every day, from our freshly roasted coffee, to our fluffy, buttery, brioche style doughnuts. We started out in 2015 from a tiny home kitchen and have graduated to 3 cafes all around Oslo with a beautiful bakery and state of the art roastery in Maridalsveien. Its important to make the highest quality possible, all the while having fun.

With 20 years of coffee and pastry industry experience under my belt from Australia and France, I wanted to bring the world of specialty coffee and hand made pastries together to make the food scene in Oslo more diverse and exciting. I saw that no one up until that point had pursued doughnuts and to me it was perfect: Something new that could be elevated with the best ingredients and be seasonal and unique but was inherently a little silly. No one could get serious about a doughnut, but they would always be delicious. And what is better paired with coffee than a doughnut!

En funfact om prosessen? We make our brioche style dough the night before and let it ferment over 18 hours. What results is a complex flavour that is the perfect mix between sweet and savoury. The bakers start work at 6am to start the process so everything is fresh every day.

Favorittsteder i Oslo? Having a glass of natural wine at Esaias, eating a delicious meal on the bar at Brutus.
